Blue-Green Latte Cup

$15.00

Quantity:

6 left in stock.

Clean, understated, and painted in an abstract, Rothko-style pattern of brown, dark green, and indigo, this generously wide ceramic cup—with a curving lip and a handle that comfortably fits your fingers—is ideal for a cup of latte, or café au lait.

A potter makes the cups in a Northern Bohemian village. She uses local clay and fires each piece in her home kiln. Because she handles each cup individually, there is a unique variation in color from piece to piece, and no two will look alike. The bottom of the cup is left raw and unfinished.

The same artist also created this ceramic teapot, funnel, tea infuser, teacup, and colander.

Care: Dishwasher or hand-wash

Size: 4 3/4" dia. x 3" H (13.5 oz or 1.7 cups)
