Notice the thin lines forming a beautiful pattern—they’re actually tree rings, each representing one year of growth. In other words, this board was made from a very old specimen.
You can slice on it but equally use it for a cheese or charcuterie plate.
A talented carpenter and furniture restorer makes these boards in a small town in Southern Bohemia. He hand-carves each from a different piece of wood, so no two boards are alike.

To protect the board and bring out the gorgeous color, apply a thin layer of mineral oil after you clean it.
